The Customer Success Director will be responsible for establishing the Customer Success and Customer Success Operations for the coming years. You’ll partner closely with all functional teams (i.e., Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations) and be the key conduit between our clients and our teams to help shape the future of product innovation and delighting our clients.
